Payment in Full is due upon receipt of services
 
We will file with your insurance company. For patient responsibility, we accept Cash, Check or Credit Card (MasterCard/Visa)
 
Payment Arrangements can me made through our business office.

• We offer payment term up to 12 months, interest free, with approved credit 
• Longer term interest bearing repayments plans are also available with approved credit

a small fee may apply to some repayment plans.
  
Plastic surgery procedures are playable with Cash, Certified Check, or Credit Card Only and are due in full on the date of service.
